Travel Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves handling inquiries for domestic holiday packages from planning and creating customized itineraries to managing bookings and client communication.

Role & responsibilities -

• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Create and sell customized domestic & International holiday packages including hotels, sightseeing, and transportation.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel routes, and local attractions.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations in a professional format.
• Maintain organized client and booking records.
• Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and supplier deals.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from the first inquiry till the trips completion.

Job Requirements -

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as Travel Consultant or related field
• Good knowledge of Indian geography and popular tourist destinations is essential.
• Proficient in preparing travel itineraries and quotations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle client requirements efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling, etc.)
