Job Description

Logical sense, Daily Orders confirmation, Vehicle hiring, Rates negotiation, Vehicle loading supervision, Operations Team Build up and co-ordination, Despatch vehicles and documents preparation, Daily vehicles Tracking, Maintain and update records, POD Collection, Client Query etc.


Daily vehicle placement aur dispatch planning karna. 


Drivers se regular follow-up aur location tracking (SIM tracking).Emergency issues handle karna (breakdown, delay, etc.)


Loading/unloading coordination aur delay management.


LR/ Bilty, POD / Advance/ Balance aur documents maintain karna.


Trip timely update karna

Route planning aur transit time monitoring.
