Job Description

- Manufacturing and maintenance of press dies and progressive dies.
- फास्टनर और मेटल कंपोनेंट निर्माण के लिए एक्सपोर्ट-क्वालिटी डाई और टूलिंग तैयार करना
- Development of export-quality dies and tooling for fastener and metal component manufacturing.
- डाई फिटिंग, असेंबली, अलाइनमेंट, मॉडिफिकेशन और रिपेयर का कार्य
- Die fitting, assembly, alignment, modification and repair.
- प्रेस मशीन और CNC मशीन पर काम करने का अनुभव
- Operating and working with press machines and CNC machines.
- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ना और डायमेंशन एवं टॉलरेंस समझना
- Reading engineering drawings and understanding dimensions and tolerances.
- डाई से संबंधित प्रोडक्शन समस्याओं की पहचान और समाधान करना
- Troubleshooting die-related production problems.
- बेहतर प्रोडक्शन एफिशिएंसी के लिए मौजूदा डाई की मेंटेनेंस और सुधार करना
- Maintaining and improving existing dies for better production efficiency.
- प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ मिलकर सटीक और लगातार अच्छी क्वालिटी का उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना
- Working with the production team to ensure accurate and consistent output.
- टूल्स, डाई और संबंधित मशीनरी की उचित स्थिति एवं कार्यक्षमता बनाए रखना
- Maintaining proper condition and performance of tools, dies and related machinery.
