📢 WE ARE HIRING – TENDER EXECUTIVE
Evershield Secure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tender Executive to join our team at Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi.
Position: Tender Executive
Location: Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, skills & work profile)
- Key Responsibilities: Searching and identifying relevant government/private tenders on Gem or others platforms.
- Handling the complete tendering process from tender search to submission
- Preparing tender documents, quotations and required paperwork
- Managing EMD, tender fees, technical & financial documents
- Ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
- Coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidate Requirements:Prior experience in Tendering / Tender Executive / Tender Management preferred
- Good knowledge of tender portals and tender documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month
(Final salary will depend on experience, skills and capability.)
