About Dil Se MehekDil Se Mehek is a non-profit organization working to support underprivileged children and families through healthcare assistance, education, women empowerment, menstrual hygiene, food distribution, community development, and emergency relief initiatives.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Fundraising who can connect with potential donors over phone calls and encourage them to support our NGO's social causes and fundraising campaigns.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
• Explain Dil Se Mehek's campaigns, patient stories, and social initiatives clearly and emotionally.
• Encourage individuals to contribute towards genuine fundraising campaigns.
• Follow up with interested donors and maintain regular communication.
• Build a positive relationship with donors and answer their queries.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, donations, and leads.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly fundraising targets.
• Coordinate with the fundraising team to improve donor conversion.
• Share donation links and campaign information with potential donors through appropriate communication channels.
• Maintain professionalism, transparency, and empathy while communicating with donors.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi is required; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Ability to explain social causes and fundraising campaigns effectively.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve fundraising goals.
• Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
