Job Description
Position :Telesales Executive
Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and customer focused candidates for the position of Telesales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales
- Explain products, plans, benefits, and policy details to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification is 12th pass
- Experience in BPO, telesales, telecalling will be preferred
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Customer focused approach with good follow up skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary from 15,000/- to 45,000/- per month
