Job SummaryWe are hiring Telecounsellors for a Voice Sales role. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.

• EligibilityGraduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Freshers: Good communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude required.
• Experienced Graduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience required.
• Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow company sales processes and guidelines.
