📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote and explain personal loan products, features, and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Answer customer questions and handle sales objections professionally.
• Follow up with leads and work towards sales conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Freshers can apply; prior telesales experience is not mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Candidates interested in loan and financial product sales are preferred.
• Should be target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
• Incentive: ₹15,000
• Additional Incentives: Available as per performance.
