Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Explain company products, pricing, offers, and features.
  • Regularly follow up with customers and leads.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain customer and call records in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales.
  • Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, building materials, or related industries preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and good at follow-ups.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
