Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and potential conversions.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in CRM/software or relevant records.
- Conduct customer feedback calls when required.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
