Position: Telesales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and active Telesales & Marketing Executive who can handle customer calls, follow up with leads, coordinate with customers, and manage the day-to-day scheduling of our ongoing site work.

The person should be confident in speaking with customers, good at follow-ups, and able to coordinate with our staff and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Call the leads provided by the company and explain our products/services.
• Speak with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• Regularly follow up with new and existing customers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer status.
• Convert potential leads into customers and generate sales.
• Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, measurements, quotations, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with site staff and workers for ongoing projects.
• Keep track of the work happening at different sites.
• Prepare and manage the next-day schedule for site teams and staff.
• Ensure workers and staff are assigned to the right sites as per the schedule.
• Follow up with site teams regarding attendance, work progress, and requirements.
• Coordinate between customers, office staff, sales team, and site workers.
• Inform management about important customer requirements, delays, or site-related issues.
• Support the company in basic marketing activities and lead generation.
• Maintain daily updates and reports of calls, follow-ups, sales, and site activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good follow-up and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and email.
• Good coordination and management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and sites at the same time.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Should be proactive and willing to take responsibility.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer follow-up, sales, or site coordination will be preferred.

We need someone who is not just a telecaller but can take ownership of customer follow-ups, sales coordination, staff management, and daily site scheduling.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and comfortable handling both customers and internal staff.
