About the RoleJodVeda Ayurvedic Clinic is looking for a confident and result-oriented Patient Appointment Executive to connect with potential patients, handle leads and schedule consultations at our clinic.

• Key Responsibilities
• Call the leads provided by the company and communicate with potential patients.
• Explain the clinic's consultation services in a professional and polite manner.
• Convince interested patients to schedule a clinic consultation.
• Book appointments and confirm patient visit dates and timings.
• Follow up with interested leads and remind patients about their appointments.
• Ensure maximum possible patient visits through regular calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily calling records, appointment schedules and lead status.

• Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales calling or appointment booking.
• Excellent Hindi communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence and a target-oriented approach.
