Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain Fouji Adda services, follow up with potential customers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Call customers who enquire about cars through our app and website.
2. Explain car booking, prices, and available models.
3. Provide basic information about car loans, insurance, and documents.
4. Follow up with customers over calls.
5. Update customer details on the computer.
Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication skills
