Job Description

  1. Skills Required:Communication Skills – Fluent in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  2. Sales Skills – Ability to sell courses and explain the benefits convincingly.
  3. Customer Handling – Patience and professionalism in handling customer queries.
  4. Product Knowledge – Understanding of Vastu Software and courses to explain features.
  5. CRM Usage – Experience with CRM software to track leads and follow-ups.
  6. WhatsApp and Email Communication – Responding to leads and clients professionally.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills – Resolving customer issues related to software and services.
  8. Basic Tech Knowledge – Ability to handle software-related queries and provide basic troubleshooting.
  9. Follow-up & Persuasion – Keeping track of potential clients and ensuring conversions.
  10. Time Management – Managing multiple customer calls and follow-ups efficiently.
  11. Responsibilities:Inbound & Outbound Calls – Handling customer inquiries, explaining courses, and closing sales.
  12. Software Support – Assisting clients with installation, login issues, and usage queries.
  13. Lead Follow-ups – Calling leads from webinars, WhatsApp campaigns, and website inquiries.
  14. Customer Retention – Ensuring existing clients are satisfied and upselling other products.
  15. WhatsApp & Email Support – Responding to messages and resolving client concerns.
  16. Handling Objections – Addressing customer doubts and overcoming objections effectively.
  17. Feedback Collection – Gathering client feedback and reporting issues for improvement.
  18. Payment Follow-ups – Reminding clients about due payments for courses and software.
  19. Maintaining Reports – Logging calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM.
  20. Coordinating with Team – Working with the marketing and technical team to improve client experience.
