Job Description

FBS Healthcare is hiring Ayurvedic Herbal Sales Executives to manage inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries. Your role will be to understand customer requirements, explain our Ayurvedic herbal products, answer their questions, and help them place orders.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Explain Ayurvedic herbal products, their features, usage, and pricing.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up with interested customers for order confirmation.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM.
