Telecaller - Ayurvedic Product Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join Parthveda Ayurvedic Products. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining our Ayurvedic products, answering customer queries, and assisting with product orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain Ayurvedic products, their features, and usage clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers and generate product orders.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Record call details and customer information in the company system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/order targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
• Telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
