Job Description
Responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments and EMI collections. Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. Explain repayment options, maintain accurate collection records, update customer information, and achieve monthly recovery targets while following company policies and RBI guidelines. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
