Job Description

We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our team for Personal Care & Herbal Products.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
  • Explain product features, benefits, offers and pricing clearly.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain proper customer and order details in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
  • Experience in Personal Care, Herbal, Ayurveda, FMCG or Wellness products will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Freshers are not preferred.
  • Only Female

Salary: Depends on experience & interview performance.

Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi.
