Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident, polite, and responsible Telecaller to join our Ayurvedic Centre in IP Extension, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, making calls, following up with leads, explaining centre services, and scheduling appointments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
• Follow up with enquiries and interested customers.
• Explain Ayurvedic centre services in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and basic customer enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments.
• Coordinate with the centre team when required.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patients.
• Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass – candidates with other qualifications are not required.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Confident and polite personality.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable making regular phone calls.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
