Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into business.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide basic information about company products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings.
• Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries and escalate technical or commercial issues to the concerned department.
• Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM/system.
• Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports.
