Job Responsibilities
- Manufacturing companies, suppliers, dealers aur potential business clients ko product calling karna.
- Phone par products ke baare mein enquiry aur requirements samajhna.
- Home Decor, Gift Baskets, Handbags aur other products ke liye B2B enquiries generate karna.
- Potential customers/manufacturers se product range, pricing, MOQ aur other requirements ki information collect karna.
- Daily calling data ko MS Excel / Google Sheets mein accurately maintain karna.
- Customer/company name, contact number, product requirement, follow-up date aur enquiry status update karna.
- Interested customers ke saath regular follow-up karna.
- Daily calling aur enquiry report prepare karna.
- Sales team ko qualified leads aur customer requirements share karna.
- New manufacturing companies aur potential business clients ka database develop karna.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication preferred.
- Calling aur follow-up karne mein confidence.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented aur hardworking attitude.
