Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Bonus
💼 Job Description
Sprint Upp is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team and support our digital marketing operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain our digital marketing services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales team.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
🔹 Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite phone communication.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
