Hiring: Telecaller


Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers regarding various loan products, including:

  • Personal Loans (PL)
  • Business Loans (BL)
  • Overdraft (OD)
  • Home Loans (HL)
  • Balance Transfer (BT)
  • Other financial products


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calling and connect with prospective customers.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and basic process details.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate for further processing.
  • Maintain accurate calling records and follow up with interested customers.
  • Achieve assigned calling and business targets.
  • Ensure professional communication and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the banking, finance, or loan industry.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
