Telecaller

NAYEL VENTURES is looking for Telecallers / Business Development Executives to join our team for loan-related customer calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding available loan products.

* Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.

* Understand customer requirements and explain the loan process clearly.

* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

* Collect basic customer information and forward qualified leads to the concerned team/bank.

* Maintain daily calling and lead records.

* Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

* Follow company and banking guidelines while communicating with customers.

* Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.

Requirements

* Minimum 12th Pass preferred.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Previous telecalling/loan/financial-services experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed/Contractual Payment + Performance-Based Incentives

Compensation will depend on experience, performance and lead generation.
