Tele Caller

Digisparx generates leads for clients through digital marketing campaigns. Your role is to contact these leads,

understand their requirements, assess their intent, and identify genuine prospects. Only interested and qualified

leads are forwarded to the client for sales follow-up.

CALL → UNDERSTAND → QUALIFY → FILTER → CLIENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer requirements, interest, budget and purchase intent.

• Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, Cold or Unqualified using defined criteria.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Forward genuine, interested leads to the respective client/sales team.

• Share feedback on lead quality, objections and recurring customer queries.

• Meet daily calling, follow-up and lead qualification targets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Confident communication and strong listening skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Able to ask the right questions and identify genuine prospects.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge and good record-keeping.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

• Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.
