Job Description

Customer Service:

· Greet customers with warmth and ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

· Accurately take customer orders and handle payments.

· Resolve customer queries and ensure overall satisfaction.


Food Preparation & Quality:

· Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with the brand standards.

· Follow standard recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.

· Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.


Operations & Maintenance:

· Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

· Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas as per protocols.

· Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.


Teamwork & Compliance:

· Support fellow team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.

· Follow operational checklists, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
