Salaam International is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Leader to manage and lead our recruitment team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate with team members and assist them in closing vacancies on time.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain candidate records.
• Monitor daily recruitment activities, team performance, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates and team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Help resolve day-to-day team challenges and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work towards targets.
• Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
• Performance-Based Incentives: Approximately ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.

Total Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹33,000–₹35,000, depending on performance and incentives.
