Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tamil Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil professionally and confidently.
- Explain products, offers, and services effectively.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Tamil communication skills.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Customer handling and objection-handling ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telesales experience will be an advantage.
