Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Digital Printing Material Purchasing - MUST: Purchasing Vinyl (Black & White), Flex, One Way Vision, Eco-Solvent Inks, Lamination Film, Sunboard, Acrylic, Foam Sheet etc.
2. Vendor Sourcing & Price Negotiation - MUST: Identify vendors for printing media & inks, take quotations, compare prices, negotiate best rates. Must know Nehru Place, Chawri Bazar, Bawana markets.
3. Bill Checking & Material Verification - MUST: Check incoming material with Bill - Qty, Rate, GSM, Size, Quality. Must know Size / Square Foot calculation (L x W) for Flex, Vinyl, Sunboard.
4. Stock Entry & FIFO System - MUST: Do entry of all printing materials Inward & Outward in Stock Register. Follow FIFO - Purana maal pehle use karwana to avoid ink expiry, media damage.
5. PO & Follow-up: Create Purchase Orders, follow-up for timely delivery, ensure no machine downtime.
6. Excel & Tally Prime Entry - MUST: Purchase Entry, Stock Entry, GRN Entry, Vendor Ledger in Excel & Tally.
7. Inventory Control & Reporting: Monitor low stock, weekly physical verification, prepare reports.
