Job Responsibilities As per company policy

Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

l Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team. l Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.

l Monitor team performance and provide coaching. l Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.

l Manage inventory, stock control, visual merchandising, and store standards. l Prepare and review sales and operational reports.

l Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

l Candidate Requirements Minimum 12th Pass.

l Only candidates with 10+ years of experience in jewellery retail may apply.

l Strong experience in jewellery showroom operations and team management.

l Excellent leadership, sales, communication, and customer-handling skills.
