Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our ice cream parlour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations smoothly

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports

• Monitor inventory and place stock orders

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Manage customer complaints professionally

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store

• Help achieve sales targets and improve store performance
