Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage inventory, maintain stock records, handle material inward and outward, and ensure the timely availability of materials for installation, service, and other operational requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory records.
• Handle the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
• Coordinate with the purchase, installation, service, and accounts departments.
• Maintain records of elevator parts, electrical components, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
• Track material issued to technicians and installation teams.
• Monitor damaged, defective, and obsolete stock and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure all materials are issued against approved requests and proper documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow company store management procedures.
• Required Qualifications and SkillsGraduate or Diploma in a relevant field; candidates with relevant store management experience may also be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and inventory software.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience handling engineering materials, elevator components, or electrical items will be preferred.
