Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and assist them with seating.
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
  • Ensure timely and proper food service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
  • Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
  • Candidate Requirements12th pass or hospitality diploma preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred.
  • Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
