Job Description
AYCA is looking for someone who can do more than just post content — someone who understands social media, customers & sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage Instagram, Reels & Stories
• Create content ideas & stay on top of trends
• Handle Instagram & WhatsApp enquiries
• Manage leads, follow-ups & CRM
• Maintain reports & customer data on Excel
• Learn AYCA’s jewellery, diamonds & redesigning services
• Build strong customer relationships & develop sales
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 6 months–2 years experience
• Jewellery industry experience preferred
• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite & Adobe
• Good Excel / Google Sheets & CRM skills
• Creative, organised & proactive
• Eager to learn and grow
