About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Social Media Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day social media presence and community communication.

This role will involve managing social media platforms, coordinating content publishing, engaging with the audience, managing WhatsApp communities and broadcasts, and ensuring the brand maintains a consistent and engaging online presence.

The ideal candidate should understand how social media works, be comfortable communicating with audiences, and have the ability to manage both content execution and community engagement independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content according to the content calendar.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Manage Instagram DMs, comments, replies, and audience interactions.
• Manage WhatsApp communities, groups, and broadcasts.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp communication for announcements, campaigns, offers, updates, and content.
• Actively engage with the audience and maintain a strong community presence.
• Monitor comments, DMs, community conversations, and audience sentiment.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and community participation.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media and community touchpoints.
• Track content performance and basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views, shares, saves, and follower growth.
• Provide regular insights on what content and communication are performing well.
• Coordinate with the team for campaigns, launches, collaborations, and other social media activities.
• Ensure all scheduled content is published accurately and on time.
• Maintain basic records of content, campaigns, community activities, and performance.
• Ensure no important message, lead, comment, or audience query is missed.
• RequirementsGood understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of social media content, engagement, and audience behaviour.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with content, design, and marketing teams.
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Previous experience in social media management, community management, digital marketing, or customer communication will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage.
