Senior Telesales Associate

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller – Insurance Sales to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms and conditions clearly.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections related to insurance products.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for documentation and policy issuance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure professional and ethical communication with customers at all times.
