Job Description

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  2. Generate and convert leads into counselling appointments and student enrollments.
  3. Explain study abroad opportunities, courses, universities and admission processes.
  4. Understand student requirements and identify suitable study destinations.
  5. Follow up with prospective students through regular calling.
  6. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
  7. Maintain proper lead records, call remarks and follow-up schedules in CRM.
  8. Coordinate with Education Counsellors for lead conversion.
  9. Handle student queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
  10. Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of interested prospects.
