Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Meet and explain products and solutions to customers and industry consultants
- Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiate, secure deals, follow up with customers, retain customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
