Job Description

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Handle accounting entries related to export and import transactions.

Prepare and maintain invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.

Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation.

Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding.

Maintain records of foreign currency transactions and exchange-rate adjustments.

Coordinate with banks, CHA/customs agents, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Maintain and verify import/export documentation, including invoices, shipping bills, bills of entry, and related documents.

Assist with IEC, LUT, export GST refund, and other trade-related compliances.

Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.

Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
