Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients in HORECA, retail, and distribution segments
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and buying potential
• Schedule meetings or product discussions for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the pipeline
• Understand product offerings and communicate value propositions clearly
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and market expansion efforts
Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with new people (cold outreach)
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer handling
• Good follow-up and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
