Sales Promoter

We’re seeking a motivated marketing professional to join our team as a Promoter and A promoter is the vital public face of a brand, responsible for generating awareness, engaging potential customers, and driving sales through direct interaction at retail stores, trade shows, or promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively approach passing shoppers or event attendees, introduce brand offerings, and generate interest.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase product features, benefits, and proper usage through live demos or interactive media.
• Booth Maintenance: Set up, stock, and maintain clean promotional booths, display stands, or sample tables.
• Collateral Distribution: Hand out product samples, brochures, flyers, or promotional merchandise to generate leads.
• Sales & Reporting: Answer customer queries, record transactions or feedback, and submit daily performance reports to management.

Requirements & Skills

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate detailed product features.
• Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced environments.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; marketing or business coursework is a plus.
