Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, well-organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to assist with daily office work and client coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office and administrative tasks.
- Maintain documents, files, records and basic computer data.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email.
- Coordinate with clients and attend client meetings when required.
- Manage schedules, appointments and other assigned tasks.
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
