Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of CMKart's business growth. You will engage directly with brand founders and e-commerce sellers, build strong relationships, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities are available for good performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients , D2C sellers — via LinkedIn, cold outreach, trade platforms, and referrals.

• Conduct product consultations and presentations to understand client packaging needs and recommend CMKart solutions.

• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → order closure.

• Support digital and content marketing initiatives including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and promotional material.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction.

• Maintain a CRM/lead tracker and share weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

• Represent CMKart at virtual or in-person industry events, expos, and university networking sessions.

• Build strong post-sales relationships to drive repeat orders and referrals.
