Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and promote Vaanchata Laterite Tiles, natural stone and wall décor products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
- Generate leads through architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and individual customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers and construction professionals.
- Handle phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team for customer requirements.
- Maintain showroom displays, samples and product presentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Maintain daily enquiry, quotation and sal
es reports.
