Job SummaryBansiwala Sweets is looking for a Floor Sales Executive to manage customers on the sales floor, assist with product selection, generate sales, and ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets, snacks, namkeen, gift hampers, and other products.
• Actively promote products, offers, and special/festive collections.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average bill value.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the billing, packing, kitchen, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
• Assist customers with bulk, party, wedding, corporate gifting, and festive orders.
• Monitor product availability on the sales floor and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
• Maintain professional behaviour and excellent customer service throughout the shift.
• Follow all company policies related to hygiene, grooming, customer service, and sales.
• Working ConditionsWorking Hours: 12 hours per day.
• Monthly Off: 2 days per month.
• Sunday/Saturday: No weekly off on Saturday or Sunday.
• Public/Government Holidays: No holiday/off on official public holidays due to the nature of the retail business.
• Employees are expected to be punctual and available during assigned working hours, especially during weekends, festivals, and peak business periods.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in retail, FMCG, sweets, food, hospitality, or customer-facing sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to work for extended hours and handle busy sales periods.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work toward sales targets.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Additional: Performance-based sales incentives may be provided.

Salary and incentives will depend on experience, skills, and performance.
