Job Description
- Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Solar Energy
- Key Responsibilities:
- Field Pitching: Conduct field visits (B2C/Commercial) to explain rooftop solar solutions, PM Surya Ghar scheme benefits, and bill savings.
- Lead Generation: Convert company leads, door-to-door visits, and local referrals into sales.
- Site Evaluation: Collect basic site details and electricity bills to share quotations with customers.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, handle customer queries, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Experience: 0–3 years in Field Sales / Business Development (Freshers welcome).
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Mandatory: Bike/Scooter + Valid Driving License.
- Skills: Strong local language communication, negotiation, and field pitch capability.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 / month
- Perks: High deal incentives + Petrol (TA) & Mobile allowances.
- Job Type: Full-time, Field Work.
