Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the piercing industry. The role involves driving sales, promoting piercing products and services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience both in-store and through B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about piercing services and jewellery products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate piercing options.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail clients, jewellers, doctors, tattoos piercing studios, and distributors.

• Manage visual merchandising and maintain an appealing display of products.

• Handle billing, inventory checks, and stock management efficiently.

• Keep up to date with current piercing trends, materials, and safety standards.

• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns to generate new leads.

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.

• Maintain proper hygiene and follow safety protocols in the piercing area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, jewellery, or fashion/lifestyle sales (experience in piercing/jewellery industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fashion-driven environment.

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
