Job Description
Mars Decor is looking for a Sales Executive to handle B2B sales, convert incoming leads, follow up with existing and old customers, and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with new leads and convert them into orders
- Handle existing and old customer relationships
- Generate new B2B customers and dealer accounts
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales
- Coordinate with customers for order processing and delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Preferred Candidate
- 2–7 years of experience in sales preferred
- Experience in plywood, MDF, laminates, furniture or building materials is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented
- Comfortable with phone-based sales
- Ability to build long-term B2B customer relationships
