Job Description

Shaadi.com is urgently hiring 15 Sales Executives for its New Delhi Hub. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, BPO telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role. Applicants should possess good communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. The minimum educational qualification required is 12th pass. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant services, and converting potential leads into sales. The salary offered is ₹20,000 in-hand (₹26,000 CTC) plus attractive performance-based incentives
