Job Description

Sales Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and active Sales Assistant to handle daily store and online sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle counter sales and assist customers.
  • Check and verify online orders before dispatch.
  • Manage basic Instagram activities, including replying to DMs and customer queries.
  • Maintain basic order and sales records.
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
